Ahhh what can I say about Heather and Max’ wedding at Dreams Tulum?!  It was a very enjoyable experience for me.. actually that’s an understatement.. I LOVED being in Mexico for the week.  I never walked past the pool or beach without one of their awesome guests spotting me and inviting me over, I never ate a single meal alone (except maybe for some lazy room service orders I placed) : ), and this is the only wedding I’ve been to where I knew exactly who everyone was and who they were related to.  And to top it all off, I had a wonderful couple (my friends), full of enthusiasm and energy.  They let me ramble on and on about lighting conditions, and why I’m not going to photograph them in that location, even if it does look beautiful.  They never worried when I notified them that “I have no idea what I’m doing” for their unforgettable underwater cenotes photo session.  They had an amazing time at their wedding, which is my #1 hope for all weddings I photograph.  Congratulations Heather and Max!  A sincere thank you to them and their guests for the fun week!

I love this photo below- it’s Heather’s dad and Max’ dad embracing immediately after the ceremony–to me this is what weddings are all about!  (and I love the moment in the photo above as well actually!!)
