Gastown Wedding: Judy and Derek
December 11, 20091. This isn’t something I’d normally say for a wedding, but I love how serious and stressed Derek looked before the ceremony- those are some of my fav pics : ) But the stomach butterflies went away immediately after he saw Judy coming down the aisle and the ceremony began.
2. This was our first New Kids on the Block themed wedding (will there ever be another?) Their custom wedding guestbook I designed for them had page headers prompting guests with questions such as: “Which is a better boy band: New Kids On The Block or N’SYNC?” and their first dance was NKOTB too!
3. Wedding ceremony, tea ceremony, and cocktail hour was held at Social at le Magazin! I love the alleys of gastown- this is the one and only time you’ll ever see a family formal pic posted on this blog- best location for a family formal if you ask me! : )
4. I think Derek and Judy hired us because I use ‘rad’ and ‘awesome’ in my vocabulary a lot. I knew that would get me somewhere in life! Ha!
