Diamond Club Wedding: Keri and David

Our first wedding of 2009 was held at the Diamond Club at SFU on a picture perfect day.  Keri and David are super cool- and David is the only groom I’ve ever seen on Twitter, which doubles the coolness factor ; )

We had our fair share of choices when it came to photographing the details, as Keri and her family got ready in a beautiful heritage home in the Deer Lake area of Burnaby.  Lots of great rooms with all sorts of colours!

Poor Keri got dressed in a closet (it was a nice closet though!)… but then she came out, thank goodness, because check out the beautiful light coming in!bridal wedding prep

Keri is SUCH a showoff!  … just kidding, I totally made her do this ; )bridal by window light

In all seriousness now, I LOVE this pic of David getting ready to enter the ceremony.  He’s in the ZONE! groom just about to enter ceremony

And still in the zone as Keri comes down the aisle with her parents:groom sees bride walking down aisle

This is the smiling-est group of wedding folk I have ever seen!  This went on throughout the entire ceremony : )  The ceremony, btw, was an eventful one ; ) family at ceremony

After the ceremony, we left the Diamond Club for a little voyage around SFU.  David bought this parasol for Keri before the wedding in case of rain, and I think it brought us good luck, weather-wise, because it was beautiful outside!
