Capilano Suspension Bridge Wedding: Linda and Jeff
Linda and Jeff are soooo smart- they had their ceremony and reception at a beautiful tourist spot in Vancouver, which was a treat for themselves (currently living in Ontario), as well as all their guests.
Before their ceremony at the Capilano Suspension Bridge, we all met up in the gastown area for some wedding party photos as well as some sweet bride+groom portraits.
Capilano Suspension bridge has a scenic ceremony location- so very westcoast! Check out the wedding party in the picture below- three bride’s men ~~ awesome! And yes, they performed their bride’s assistant duties very well!
I loved getting Linda and Jeff to strut their stuff on the bridge- nothing more romantic than me yelling across the canyon to the couple with dozens of tourists waiting to cross : ) ok ok, I’ll take off my sarcastic hat now– the truth is that we were super excited to be able to photograph this romantic bridge, and the nice thing was that it was early in the evening so the only other people in the park seemed to be mostly wedding guests anyway. And I didn’t end up having to yell very much because they were good about just having their own romantic moment on the bridge. All in all a very pleasant experience : ) I loved that their guests got to mingle around the park for the break between the ceremony and reception- I’m sure it was a perfect day for them!
The reception was conveniently across the street at the Bridge House restaurant.

Wow! The photographs look fantastic and the two of you made the photo shoots sooooo much fun.
There are so many awesome photographs, it will be difficult for us to pick one for the cover of our thank you cards (of course this is a good problem to have :).

Beautiful shots. The ones of Jeff and Linda kissing in the doorway and alone on the bridge are my favourites. But they’re all great.

I am never bored looking at your sessions/weddings! I think you have a very, very special talent and I sincerely wish you luck and lots of clients! Anyone you shoot is going to be thrilled with your work. Love the shot of them alone on the bridge.
