I’m pretty sure when couples envision their fall wedding, that a wedding like Kathleen and Warren’s would be quite like what they hope for. The weather was not too cold, but cool enough to start turning the leaves on trees red and cause some to fall to the ground. It’s the feeling where summer is clearly over, but you can still get away with short sleeves. This was one of the last tent weddings of the year at the Brock House, and everyone stayed nice and cozy in the heated tent after sunset. Kathleen and Warren’s ceremony took place after the sun had set, and in just 15 minutes the light went from being there, to not so much being there : ) It was fun to photograph! And the added bonus was that it was too dark for most of the guests to take photos, which made them stay in their seats and enjoy the ceremony like every guest should ; )

We started off with a non-first-look-ish first look.  They wanted it to be as natural as possible, and not really set up- while we wanted to ensure that the first look did not happen by accident or in the parking lot, so the guys hung out on the Brock House lawn until the lovely ladies arrived.

I LOVE giant wedding parties- so fun to control!  : D

Kathleen and her gals were beautiful- probably my favorite bridesmaids dresses of the year!

I love all the reactions from just one speech : ) I also love speeches with no microphones- there’s something really ‘real’ and intimate about that.

Congrats Kathleen and Warren!  Thanks for being so fun!
