Kelly and Benni
Though shopping can be fun, I had a much better time photographing Kelly and Benni on Boxing Day than if I had decided to take on the crowds at the sales. We went to UBC again for the photoshoot because of the unique opportunity to have the empty campus to ourselves, and also because Kelly and Benni are the outdoorsy type and photos with a lot of greenery and nature suit their personalities.
Kelly and Benni live in Germany and are here for the Christmas holidays to plan their upcoming summer wedding, so it was great that we were able to fit in an E-session with their busy schedule. It was such a beautiful day on campus, and we got a nice Westcoast welcome from all the eagles soaring above with the snowcapped mountains in the background.
Thanks for an enjoyable afternoon and photoshoot. We’re looking forward to August!

Kelly!! Congratulations! I stumbled upon your pictures while browsing through the portfolio!!! A friend of mine has booked with Sakura as well! All the best to you & Benni!!!
And to Sakura, I can’t wait for the amazing pics for both special days! I have to say, as photographers, you are definitely lucky to be surrounded by so much love!
