Adrian and Barbara’s Engagement Session
November 7, 2008Just for the heck of it… just because I said so, here are 7 verticals from Barbara and Adrian’s engagement session at UBC. I realize that not everyone is going to love me for these giant verticals on their monitors, but once I saw a few of the images, I knew we needed to go the giant vertical route for the blog post, and once I started, I couldn’t stop…

I thought maybe everyone was getting tired of the fall colours, so here’s a b+w in the leaves:

Yay! What a fun session- good work guys. And don’t worry, there are plenty of horizontals too : ) We’ll see Barbara and Adrian on the blog next year for their July wedding at Swan-e-set.
Michelle Ellis: So beautiful! I love all the colors(:
Adrian Lu: Amazing! These shots are beautiful guys! The one with all the trees and funky tree stump takes my breath away, I love the variety! =) What can I say, Leslie and Mark made our first ever photo shoot extremely fun. They made everything feel so natural and I know that I felt very comfortable working with them. From deciding on a location to the actual shoot, the entire experience was a treat. Barb and I both left saying, "lets do that again!" Great talent, awesome team work, and just two beautiful and creative people. Can't wait to see the rest!
Barbara Acosta: I have to agree with Adrian, we had such a good time and absolutely love the photos. I have now had a chance to look through the rest of them and I honestly cannot find one shot that I do not like. I definitely can't wait to shoot our wedding photos. Thanks so much guys!
Janie: Les, that one with the tree stump made me gasp out loud...seriously. I mean they are all beautiful but I actually gasped.
Isabel: i have to totally agree about the picture with the tree stump, i think that is one of my very favorites!!!! They are all incredible, i love how she captures the moment so well. You guys look so good!!! Do they take baby pics??? LOL!!
Keri Travis: These are all so lovely!
gracci: The tree stump pic rocks!!!
Lorena: Can I ask how you get those large verticals? They are awesome!!
Leslie: Thanks! they were either shot with a wide angle, or far away with a telephoto
